Broken bridge aluminum profile, also known as heat-insulating broken bridge aluminum profile, is a commonly used material for doors and windows, and it has better performance than ordinary aluminum alloy profiles. Broken bridge aluminum is a high-quality material with good heat insulation, excellent waterproofing, prevention of condensation and frosting, anti-mosquito screen window design, noise insulation, protection against sandstorms, wind pressure resistance, high strength without deformation, and requiring no maintenance.

Specifically, since aluminum alloy is a metal, it conducts heat relatively quickly. When there is a large temperature difference between the inside and outside of a room, aluminum alloy can act as a "bridge" for heat transfer. When this material is used to make doors and windows, its heat insulation performance is not good. Broken bridge aluminum breaks the aluminum alloy in the middle and connects the broken parts of the aluminum alloy together with hard plastic. As we know, the thermal conductivity of plastic is significantly worse than that of metal, so heat is not likely to pass through the entire material, and the heat insulation performance of the material will be improved. This is where the name "broken bridge aluminum (alloy)" comes from.

Wall Thickness of the Profile
Generally, in home decoration products, most door and window factories choose products with a high output rate, that is, products with a relatively thin wall thickness, in order to reduce costs. The production thickness of the profile is lower than the national standard of 1.3. The national standard stipulates that the thickness of the profile should be greater than or equal to 1.4mm.
