GRC Panel

GRC is a fiber concrete composite material with alkali-resistant glass fiber as the reinforcing material and cement mortar as the matrix material. GRC is a kind of material through which designers can express their imagination in terms of modeling, texture, feel and color with the help of molds.

Product Features

1. Strong plasticity and rich in shapes: GRG products are laminated through a special process on the mold.

2. Rich choices for the surface layer: The surface of GRG material is fine. Test method in 2003. Impact strength: 30-35KJ/m² ASTMD790, smooth and glossy.

3. High strength and impact resistance: Experiments show that the fracture load of GRG products is greater than 1200N, which is more than 10 times the fracture load of 118N specified in the national standard JC/T799 1988 (1996) for decorative gypsum boards.

4. Stable quality: The GRG material does not deform or crack. It can be bonded to create decorative effects of different styles. Currently, thin metal plates can be pasted on the surface of GRG products. The main material, gypsum, has a low coefficient of thermal expansion.
