Support Plate Stone Curtain Wall
The support plate type stone curtain wall is the most commonly used installation form of stone curtain walls in recent times. The construction process of the support plate type stone curtain wall is roughly the same as that of the back-bolted stone curtain wall. However, for the support plate type stone curtain wall, a groove of 100mm is cut on the stone. The stone is connected to the framework through an 80mm-wide hook plate. The support plate can adjust the position of the facing material up, down, left and right to ensure that the joints are horizontally straight and vertically upright.
Product Features
It is made of natural materials, shiny and crystalline, hard and permanent, noble and elegant.
Frost resistance: When the stone is in a wet state, its ability to resist freeze-thaw without significant damage is called frost resistance. When the water in the pores of the rock freezes at a temperature as low as minus 20 degrees Celsius, the water in the pores expands to 1/10 larger than its original volume. If the rock cannot withstand the force generated by this expansion, damage will occur.
Compressive strength: The compressive strength of the stone will vary due to factors such as the mineral composition, the fineness of crystallization, the uniformity of the cementing substance, the load-bearing area, and the angle between the load-bearing action and the cleavage. If other conditions are the same, generally, dense materials with fine crystalline particles bonded together have higher strength.
